How do I make a booking?
You can make a booking through our website or by calling us. Select the coach you want and the number of sessions and proceed to payment. Once you have paid you lesson credits will show up in your account.
How do I schedule a lesson?
You will be provided with your coach’s details. Feel free to contact your coach to arrange a lesson. Once you agree on a time and location, you coach will enter it into the booking system and you will get a confirmation email. You can see your scheduled lessons in crossXcourt account panel.
Is court included?
No. The payment you make is for the coach only and you are responsible for all additional fees, including courts.
Who provides balls?
Your coach will provide the balls. If you want new balls specifically please either supply these yourself or arrange to reimburse the coach for supplying a new can of balls.
Where can I play?
If you know where you want to play – great ! Tell your coach. Your coach can also suggest some locations.
How do I know my coach is free when I want to play?
If you have a very narrow time period in which you can play, you can message a coach before you book a lesson to confirm availability. Our coaches have indicated their general availability on their profile but this does not guarantee their availability as they may have other clients.
How do I cancel?
We have a 48 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel or reschedule outside this period you forfeit the lesson credit.
What if it rains?
Our coaches are instructed to make judgments based on the safety and satisfaction of our customers. In the case of inclement weather we ask the coach and customer to individually agree as to whether the lesson should proceed. In the case of a mutually agreed cancellation the lesson will be re-credited to your account. If a lesson starts and is abandoned the customer will be credited the remainder of the lesson (rounded down to the nearest 15 minutes).
Can I add a friend?
Yes – you can add up to 3 extra players for an additional fee. Please add these at the time of booking or contact us so we can add these manually.
Can I make a group booking?
You can add up to 3 extra players to your booking for an additional fee. If you want to make a booking for a larger number of people contact us.
How do I complain?
Call us, email us, write to us. We want to fix any issues you have and we want to make sure we are providing high quality coaches. We will do our best ensure you are satisfied.
I haven’t used all my credits. Can I get a refund?
We will keep any unused hours on account or you can request a refund. Your hours never expire.
